material reuse
we intentionally reuse a lot of materials in our studio- we reuse old candle containers, shipping materials, and shopping bags. this is one way we reduce our landfill waste everyday!
intentional design
we design our products with their end in mind- what happens after your candle burns down? our materials are intentionally sourced to provide a new purpose, to be recycled, or even refilled instead of ending up in the landfill.
candle refills
we are committed to developing products and resources that empower and equip our community with sustainable homemaking practices.
we offer refills both in store an online, available in any of our standard collection scents!
natural ingredients
we put a lot of effort into vetting our suppliers to only bring in all natural ingredients. this is a vital initiative that helps protect our studio, employees and YOUR home from toxins.
planting trees
our wooden wick supplier uses wood sourced from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified mills and for every $100 spent with them, they plant a tree with the “Trees for the Future” - and organization working to end hunger and poverty for small farmers through revitalizing degraded lands. this means that with every sable candle purchase, you are not only helping to plant trees, but also help support the lives of farming families. read more about this organization at trees.org.
